Just saw that mom jeans has 2.8m monthly listeners on spotify and had to go full detective mode. Results of research are that I had a kid in 2015 and sort of missed their first peak, and that I don’t really use tiktok where they are currently having a massive second peak.

I wandered into the side room at PUGfest 1 and was blown away by The Casper Fight Scene. Now their debut is finally out and it’s amazing.

I spent today mourning the death of a friend I never actually met. The internet is wild. Community comes in weird ways and I have been lucky to be part of a flawed but beautiful place for 24 years. Thank you Chris for being a truly wonderful person.

The summerbruise (the band) video and conor shack interview on Kristy (ep 80 out now) have me in full Faux fever mode. Not getting any work done today or tomorrow. Can’t wait to hit the road Friday morning.

I paid $70 to see summerbruise (the band) and it was worth every last penny. And I got to see 43 other amazing bands too.

I’m guessing this will be announced tomorrow but it’s up for sale now and comes out August 15th.
