Woman’s doll hat designed by Elsa Schiaparelli, F/W 1939-1940. The woman who designed the infamous shoe hat was also responsible for this whimsical small ("doll") hat that looks like two soft bows. LACMA's listing of the hat states that it dates from fall/winter of 1939-1940.
