New paper alert in ACS Synthetic Bio! Here, we designed receptors that sense peptides in 3D gels and showed that cellular activation only occurs in peptide-patterned (red) regions, as seen by their glow from the fusion of two GFP halves. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac… Rowan University
