So, Honda Automobile Customer Service, we need your help. Our Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Pilot was poorly certified (items checked off as functional were not) and our ability to purchase an extended Honda warranty was misrepresented. Now, we're stuck with an untrustworthy and uncovered vehicle. Help!
