Once again East Midlands Railway (EMR) provide worst service possible. Kings-X closed so told to expect busy service. rather than add extra carriages they cram at least 2 trains worth of passengers on a single train. Gangways full of people & baggage. No sight of any staff. Heidi Alexander MP
