South Africans faces several major issues at the moment but three issues stand out: The Judge President of the EC should resign ASAP; if Mkhwanazi is correct Mchunu and Sibaya must go and 30% tariffs from the US will hurt our vehicle and agricultural sector significantly.

I honestly don’t understand the commentariat. By now you should know the president is not going to take the bull by the horns. We know him to be maddeningly cautious. There is only one tool in his toolbox: commissions. It buys time, gives him the feeling of being safe. No recall.

If DA claims are true that Mcebisi Jonas' US visa was refused, then several people in government lied about the issue. What is worse is that the ANC in government i.e. Ramaphosa and Lamola do not succeed in reading the room temperature in the White House!

A useful thread showing that the SANDF’s critical function is not defence but to serve as a social service for former ANC & MK combatants. Again, a nation’s resources was essentially used to support an incompetent liberation aristocracy. Until we break this, we have no future.

Trump's move to cook the jobs numbers - by firing the Bureau of Labor Statistics head - is one more step toward authoritarianism. Truth being replaced by propaganda. This is what the Soviets did. This is a big deal, and we need to act like it. Time for a fight.

The story of how Trump sells access to the White House - to benefit himself and his family financially and to benefit his political operation - is shocking and sordid. No President has ever monetized access like Trump has. 1/ It's a story you need to know.
