Our DSSO xlinked PPI benchmarking dataset (PXD042173) and Scout (github.com/diogobor/Scout) are finally published (nature.com/articles/s4159…)! Both Scout and the PPI dataset will grow. We and the whole XL community are working hard on refining XL search and FDR estimation.

We‘re proud to see Boris Bogdanow ‘s fused target-decoy strategy and context-sensitive data subgrouping scheme for XL-MS published Mol Syst Biol! This method allows identifying 75% more inter-protein links from human cells while maintaining low error rates. bit.ly/4g8LEbF
