Get out this weekend and play: The Importance of Play

Had a dream that involved some outrageous sexual shenanigans that I had already been discussing in analysis. Then I had another dream where I was dutifully and apathetically telling my analyst about the first dream, and then we both got hit with a tsunami. This means nothing.

Yes, us human beings are meaningless blobs. No reasons to look into this any further…symbolic meaning and unconscious are just made up things by therapists like us who look “too deeply” into things… 😒🧐🙋🏻‍♀️

Speaking from the heart is a lifeline.

Move yourself out of the center. Emotional maturity means understanding that most (not all but most) of the time it has nothing to do with you.

People who think an “AI therapist” is fine, but are disturbed by the thought of infants being raised by AI robots or most people having sex with robots, not humans…don’t understand that for therapy to be an avenue of change, there first has to be a secure, human, attachment
