Reading this thread makes me so sad because it is so true. I’ve seen (in a previous role) amazing nursing academics from all levels forced to leave because they ‘dared’ to challenge the status quo. Those of us who remain must support our colleagues... always!

@UMassWalker This thread needs to go viral. Nurses are not a compilation of tasks completed. The nursing instructor is doing a tremendous disservice to the student, the patient & the profession. We are better than this, we have to be.
