My fellow .NET friends. I find msbuild's static graph documentation to be a masterpiece: github.com/dotnet/msbuild… It explains in easy terms how the build graph is determined; how incremental builds work and why they are still slow and much more.

So Amazon is super fast at shipping me the *wrong* item, then asks met to return it. Meanwhile they keep the money while that item takes over a week to reach them via UPS Store drop off (still waiting). Doesn't that seem wrong? Am I being scammed?
