Making the rounds today at Alta Ski Area. Groomers were cruising and even found some decent snow off piste. Can’t beat the non-existent lift lines either.

Temps were ridiculously warm today but the winds were howling and @altaskiarea’s slopes were buffed to perfection. Looking colder and stormy later in the week. Should be back to skiing in the deep before we know it. #altamagic

Couldn’t have timed our arrival today better. Pulled up super late (thanks Mike), had to park way over in Albion, made our way to the back of the Collins lift line and then proceeded to ski right into the High-T as patrol was dropping the gate. #lucky #altamagic

I’ve missed a lot of powder days this year due to the over abundance of weekend pow days but today made up for all the lost face-shots. #altamagic

Beauty of a morning!

Today was one of those days that you remember for years to come. Alta Ski Patrol were on it opening up every gate imaginable at record speeds. That mixed with 30+ inches of blower and sunny skies made it a day to truly remember.

It’s tough to claim best day of the season when really it comes down to an individual’s particular experience, but as for me yesterday ranked #1. Good friends, fresh snow, untracked lines and a plethora of gate drops made for an unforgettable experience. You rock @altaskiarea!

My first 6 runs from Wednesday’s impressive 31” dump couldn’t have been sweeter!
