Christmas can be a difficult time for many of us. During this period, please remember, there is always hope and there is always a way 💚 Merry Christmas from everyone at If U Care Share 💚

We have done it. Sub 1 hour 10KM ❤️ Back in April last year I attempted my first 5KM and it took 52 minutes. Fast forward to this afternoon and we have managed to get sub 1 10KM. Probably the toughest run I’ve faced but so grateful to have completed it. Huge thanks to my mate
