My daily mini and it was much easier than the walk. Got through it fine, just felt a little off.

Been a while since I had to suck up a treadmill walk. Not raining hard but I didn’t feel like doing four miles outside.

How are all my peeps this morning? Ready for baseball? Ready for Easter? Today’s walk started out high on the crapmeter but finished high on the grandmeter.

Best part of the Nationals game is it was over well before the Capitals game started.

I miss my walking pal. Saturdays are tough because we used to do #sidekicksaturday - if time allowed, we’d do something special for Ella afterward.

Not knowing which weather app to believe, I said to heck with it and went out. Nice temperature, some mist and minimal rain. April is off to a great start. This brilliant cardinal is from yesterday, my daughter-in-law got the picture.

A repeat of yesterday. Conflicting forecasts. Misty, not cold. Minimal drizzle. A good walk. Saw a fox. And this is my attempt at the cardinal we saw Sunday. My daughter-in-law’s shot was much better.

The weather left nothing to chance today. Definitely raining. So I hit the mall and acted old. My coffee can garden is digging the weather.

Good weather today and I’m enjoying exploring all these trails. Saw this out there today. Someone was busy.

I pass a lot of dogs on my walks and I make it a point to say hi to all of them. Most of the owners are quite fine with that. Some look at me like I’m nuts. They’re not wrong. But I’ll always say hi to dogs.

Sometimes you have to WAKE UP early and get it done. Out before the sun, warmer than I thought. An excellent walk in the books before 8 a.m.

Is everybody ready? I am, I guess. I don’t know where to go or when to go there. But I have my glasses and I’ll figure it out. Also, a great walk this morning. In shorts, with a nice surprise I’ll share tomorrow.

Just a guy decked out to see the eclipse and as cool as I expected it to be, it is a million times more cool. My daughter sent those pictures she took while on an Eclipse Day adventure with her family.

Here is your early frontrunner for Cardinal of the Year. This bright, polite guy actually seemed to pose for me. He knew my old, slow ass usually missed these shots. So he waited and then flew off. Thank you sir.

On Jan 25 he had 8 goals. People were saying he was washed. He was old & slow. Tonight he scored his 30th. If you doubt Ovi, that’s a you problem. He’s just amazing. #ALLCAPS

This will be a great addition to the patio garden. But not today. Wasn’t going to walk two miles home with it. Another marvelous day in the books.
