Empathy is so critical in communications. The folk we talk to in our research are just not in the head space for aggressive/attacking messaging. There are ways to talk about this without them missing the message due to its tone/delivery

Great article. At Wodonga FoodShare, we’ve seen factory closures, drought, insecure work push people into a hidden poverty. Demand for food relief has silently grown for a decade. COVID has now made that visible and more acute. Kudos to Luke Donnellan MP for his work on this
