Don't feel compelled to continue the same old song and dance that may have resulted in your success thus far. It requires excellent self-awareness to remove yourself from the environments and conversations that are no longer serving your interest to experience growth.

A friend reminded me yesterday of a particular past achievement that was once a goal of mine 15 years ago. That was a reminder to reflect and be proud of what you’ve accomplished because it’s all too easy to forget those monuments on the journey.
