Yesterday, I had the pleasure of leading Port Jackson's very first Instructional Leadership Network meeting. Our leaders learned about and planned for change management in their schools. Thank you to all who attended, including our R/Director Angela Lyris.

Our 'Setting Sail: leaders creating conditions to enable change' conference was a huge success yesterday. Thank you to the School Leadership Institute for the outstanding PL provided to 82 current and aspiring leaders across the Port Jackson, Bondi and Botany Bay networks.

This morning, UPS had a visit from NSW Transport Minister, Natalie Ward, alongside 9 News. They are set to announce that the NSW Government has allocated 300 additional School Crossing Supervisors to NSW schools.

Last Monday, we hosted a professional development session for leaders and aspiring leaders at Ultimo PS. The first session was AP C&I Sharing of Practice, delivered by Miss Tess Christie and Rebecca Karri. The second was Using Data to Inform Practice, led by Elizabeth Papayiannis.

Thank you Murat Dizdar for your inspiring address to Cohort 9 of our Senior Leadership- Aspiring Principals Leadership Program this morning. Participants appreciated the chance to ask questions, and felt supported by NSW Dept of Education as they start their leadership development with us.

Our termly AP C&I Sharing Session, hosted by the very talented AP C&I's at Randwick PS - Emma Garroway and Laurie Power. It was wonderful to have a room full of passionate, inspiring AP C&I from Bondi, Botany Bay and Port Jackson networks. Thank you everyone!

Thank you Simon Breakspear PhD for a truly magnificent, highly engaging and practical day of leadership learning around 'Rethinking Resistance'. We had 105 leaders from 6 networks join us for this event on Friday. @BPJILNetwork
