I’m a mixed bag of emotions. On the one hand, proud of myself that I’ve finally submitted my latest work for consideration, on the other, terrified it won’t stand up to scrutiny. Now it’s the waiting game, but meanwhile, on with the next book. This writing business is exhausting!

So that’s my first literary festival appearance achieved. We had a small but very warm and interactive audience, and I’ve emerged wanting to do more. Thank you Sturminster Newton Literary Festival and Jo Durrant for such an enjoyable experience!
