I'm grateful that my employer, Middlebury College, is requiring all employees to be vaccinated. Let's see all #vt employers do the same. Hospitals? Schools? Medical offices? Retailers? Construction crews? Government? Everybody else? Just do it. There's no valid reason not to.

Just mandate it for all state workers. You want to work there? This is the deal.
