On Thursday, 240 guests joined us at the London West Hollywood to honor first responder heroes and their families. The program included the launch of our Resiliency Program, which provides free and confidential mental health counseling to children of first responders.

It’s part of our job as showrunners to teach writers on staff how to produce their episodes. By being on set, they train to be the next generations of people who can run a room, hire dept. heads, work with directors & actors, run post and juggle all the other problem solving.

That’s not even everything! Seeing how the shows are made make us all better writers.
