I like the clarification. If I had an experienced Agile team in my company I would not disturb it and try to give it maxi autonomy. However I would benchmark its outcome and output and monitor its behaviour by means of more rational techniques. This for my business planning

Fascinating blog from Yassal Sundman. I like her quality approach of managing the bugs. However in the epoch of the CAMS model, for me, quality is conformance to specification. hence we have Zero Bug. If any CA/CD will quickly remove it. #metricsdevops
