I say this with love - do not go your entire life without ever experiencing your dream body. Lift weights, hike, walk 10k steps, stretch, be consistent with lymph drainage, release chronic tension, eat for muscle growth + fertility, sweat often. This is *real* luxury.

Every leg day, I get a lump in my throat because I know what is about to happen. Something is about to die a mini death 😂😭. The lump doesn't go away until after the 4th exercise after I made it through.
