Good to see some Munster Cricket pathway players getting opportunities in adult cricket last weekend but come on clubs, if you're going to give them a go, give them a proper run out please as opposed to a couple of overs or batting way down the order πŸ™πŸ™

It's amazing when people become part of an environment with nice people, good team mates , opportunities and role clarity! Guess what.... they start performing straight away. Keep em comingπŸ™πŸ™

Ed Joyce hasn’t done many big interviews where he explains how his playing career evolved into a successful coaching one Judging by his insight here and recent Irish success, plenty will want to hear what he has to say Interview ⬇️ espncricinfo.com/story/ed-joyce…

Great to be back with this @quinsyouths group who got straight into work. Lots of footage taken by the players themselves, batting in different scenario's and pitch mapping their bowling. Looking forward to a 4 week technical block to improve basic's Cork Harlequins CC

Great work again by these @quinsyouths players. Gap hitting and strike rotation with the bat. The keepers working on mental dexterity and some fun with boundary fielding. Thanks to Jack Perham (Athletic Fielding) for the MrSheen tipπŸ‘Š Cork Harlequins CC

Great sense of adventure from these @quinsyouths u13 players working on getting the ball behind them with the bat and boundary fielding in pairs. Should we be coaching these high risk shots or low risk basics? Make it fun either way! Cork Harlequins CC

Week 15 where @quinsyouths players focus on a T20 training block. Powerplay first up with 0 wkts down and then 2 down. Batters adapt in scenario two with less freedom while still trying to keep the runrate high as the bowlers still remain proactive! Great work ladsπŸ‘ Cork Harlequins CC

The Munster Cricket β€œnon-selection chums” still not paying any attention youth players output in adult cricket. No selection policy, no criteria. Worst thing is the kids are now asking questions. Shameful behaviour. PS any chance you’d unblock me from Facebook please πŸ™
