Mary and I and my Archives team volunteered to assist the public tours at Michigan Central last night. What an experience. Mary and I opened the doors of the theatre as people got their first view of the great hall. The look of amazement and joy on people faces was priceless.

OTD in 1965 The Ford Motor Company became the first maufacturer to offer an 8-track tape player as an option in the US. personally I think 8 tracks were a much warmer sound than cassettes, yet considerably less convenient size wise! whats everyone listening to today? pls RP
