I’ve seen this role everywhere and sorry to break to everyone but “Makers” have been known to be unreliable in the past and not transparent with their long winded interview process. APPLY REGARDLESS but don’t get your hopes too high and be emotionally invested in it👌🏾

For majority of people balance is a scam‼️ I am no productivity guru but stop forcing the notion of having a balance to put down people that have a good work ethic. If you’re not happy with your life then often an over correction is needed which can’t be obtained with “balance”
