Seems like the new Galaxy Watch 8 beta features are live on the Samsung Health app. When I tried to use them it clearly says it needs a Galaxy Watch 8 or higher. Antioxidant index Vascular Load Running Level

A lot of the weight machines or exercises I am doing now are not there to track reps on the Galaxy Watch although the hand movement could help measure. Any other watch app that can help & compatible with Health Sync/Health connect.
