My 1st graders came in #physed today, and asked to clean the scuff marks on the gym floor. Tennis ball cleanup was our warmup.

Our tumbling/gymnastics unit in #physed is on. We focused on single balances and played an instant activity, Cat/mouse.

5th graders are motivated and pumped😁 to earn Jump roping 🥷belts in #physed. I made a few accommodations, described in the video.

Sideways Tag in #physed with all grade levels. Can work inside or outside with minimal equipment. Taggers stay on the line, but add more to make the game more challenging.

4 corner- Capture The Pin in #physed Incorporates many skills: - throwing☄️ - blocking ❌ -teamwork💪 -strategy 🎖️ Instructions in the video. 😁👍

Striking stations with K-2 in #physed. Goal of the activity is to strike a balloon as many times as possible with various objects. We used a pool noodles, frisbees, and different size rackets.

Badminton 🏸 + Golf ⛳️🏌️‍♀️ in #physed to work on short-handed striking and using appropriate force with grades 3-5.
