I had a wonderful few days ‘up north’ with some friends who also have MS. I took 5 trains altogether, by myself, totalling 10hrs and I must say that Passenger Assistance worked perfectly this time. Reassured me that I CAN do it on my own #Disability #MS #crosscountrytrains

What a wonderful show Everyman Theatre. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the ‘Great British Bake Off’ the musical. But it was so wonderfully written, both funny & endearing. I’d love people all over the country to see it too….🤞

Just watched last nights Ambulance. Chris’s story about losing his wife Jemma to cervical cancer at 36 has absolutely broken me. Thank you for sharing your story and all that Ambulance crews do for us. I am sure she is looking down on you proudly Not North East Ambulance Service #Ambulance

Yesterday I lost my mum and best friend to Bowel cancer 😔 she had amazing care from the lovely team @SueRyderLCH in her last few weeks of which I’ll be forever grateful. Hope you’re reunited with dad now 😍
