Who would have thought it’d be easier to book sales calls than book interviews with good candidates? Lead gen is easy. Recruiting is going to be the death of me!

I'd recommend using a barbell strategy when hiring content marketers. Either go super premium with lots of experience, or early-career zoomers who binge-watch Gary Vee. Mid-level content marketers with ~5yrs experience are dangerous. Always think they're better than they are.

The best content people I know all had a period in their career when they published a ridiculous amount of content in a compressed timeframe.
