Frozen toes + warm heart after a weekend of chasing 🦆 in #Arkansas and disconnecting before a busy season

Another 13.1 and still smiling! 🏃🏼‍♀️ Running is an outlet to help me separate work from life, and to remind me my value isn’t tied to my professional accomplishments. Grateful for a healthy body that allows me to run and all the support I have for my passion.

Disconnecting from work is hard for me, but views like this make it a little easier. 😎

The best part of my job is getting to share marketing best practices with value added ag producers, especially when they’re #beef folks. Great day with MU Extension - Agriculture and Environment Program and the MO Forage and Grassland Council in Linneus. Had to grab some blackberry ice cream to celebrate🍦

My weeklong sabbatical (can you call a short vacation a sabbatical??) is coming to an end quickly… hikes and hanging out in spaces with pure solitude do wonders for the 🧠 and ❤️ Still can’t believe places like this exist
