A preliminary vote at NYCHA’s Hylan Houses took place this a.m. For now, it’s a tie. There are 83 votes for the Trust, 83 votes for PACT and nine votes for Section 9. A final count will take place next Friday, Dec. 20. Here’s what tenants had to say about a pathway forward:
