Second part of that sentence can be better said as: Random Variation wins You have two teams basically 50/50 or 55/45 to win any game. To end up winning, one team will be at 100 and the other team at 0 To go from 55 to 100 or 0, THAT is what Random Variation is. Aka "Hot"
