Just got my FSD upgrade installed in my Tesla #Model3 and I figured it post about my experience. Thread inbound; tldr everything is awesome!

Cruise control, autopilot, navigate on autopilot and the FSD visualizations were disabled due to system needing to be recalibrated, but the new FSD computer was installed 😁

Recalibration of the system was complete after ~30 minutes of driving. After the recalibration was complete I had to park to reenable the aforementioned features; really not so bad given the Cloudkiller had it’s brains replaced.

Cloudnull¿ƃuᴉpnolƆ? So at the very end, I had to google FSD, as I thought it meant full screen display and there weren't really any pictures about a new full screen display. And now that I know it is Full Self Driving, I'm drooling. I hope this allows work while driving in our Mad Max dystopia....

Today, I had a first. I was crossing the street when a self driving car slowed to a halt in front of me. Nobody was in the car. The jerry rigged self driving car scared me. What if self driving cars in the future looked less like Mad Max, and more like a cute Volkswagen Beetle?
