Why should chutes only get to be one size? you should be able to quickly change sizes between sets to increase or decrease resistance. youtu.be/iZj54mQJhRE?t=…

Resistance Training with Young Swimmers. We have started using Resistance on our 9-10 yr group. Here is what we found: 1.) They love the hard work 2.) They feel cool because they are training like the older groups 3.) Helps them keep a long legged kick youtu.be/3SyvS2w5ICQ

Knee Width is something that swimmers have a hard time dialing in. They are typically too wide. The Knee Adjuster Kit helps remind them to keep their knees close together swimmersbest.com/1swimcuff-knee…

Are your swimmers engaging the correct muscles in the right order on their Recovery Kick? Do this exercise, and if they don't lift with a straight leg they are not, add this into your dryland sets for better kicks.

Connect your dryland to in-water! Do this by combining basic strength movements with swim specific movements to connect those muscles to the stroke

While Using Cords in Dryland, do your swimmers look like this? This is WRONG!! This is not your stroke. To fix this, use the Fingertip Paddles and the StrokeRights

Sculling is a great way to get a good feel of the water. When you add equipment like the Power Bags over the arms, the swimmer feels more and pays attention to the hands more. When the bags are taken off, the forearm is hypersensitive and they feel the pressure of the water

The Fingertip Paddle is essiential when using Stretch Cords in Dryland. If you are just using a handle the swimmer is NOT engaging the correct muscle in the right order because there is no pressure on the fingertips.

Engage the Lats in your dryland with the DryLat and the Short Cords. The DryLat helps the swimmer understand how and when to engage the Lats in the stroke.

55 Drill - Great way to train underwaters and also to incorporate the feeling of a long course pool while training in a short course pool. Add Power Bags to the calves and fins to add a little resistance. youtu.be/Mk8svmq0WvA
