Did my first Function Health round in March; bio age was 36 and I was decently happy with that. But wanted to work on a few markers, so I added omega-3s, cut down on 🍺, cleaned up my eating (some 😊), and added protein, rowing, pushups, and sauna. Find beauty every day. 💪🏻☀️❤️

There are billions of dollars to be made by consumer AI companies in old industries. That’s because they’re not stuck inside the system. They’re building directly for consumers. Without legacy friction, they can move faster, make better products, and deliver real outcomes.

I went to a new doctor this morning. When he asked me about my thyroid, I handed him my phone with recent Function Health lab results pulled up. Told the doctor everything without saying anything.

Catastrophic plans + mandated HSA contributions at 5% of earnings + legally mandated pricing transparency This is insanity when you can pay Function Health $499 a year to replace primary care
