I've been eating 1000cals per day and been hitting 20k steps for 4 days straight why I've been gaining HELP

i didn't count cal bc it was bday today

i haven't tried matcha 😞

ok i started with 92kg and im 98 now, i get i gained 6 bc i was depressed and obv i have bed, i don't strict that much now but ive relapsed and im not really losing im so stressed and depressed again im so scared of being in the same cycle now that im at my hw
