Took time out today to view the Lothian Speak Their Name quilt. It was really moving. Each square beautifully crafted and stitched together. A real demonstration of love & loss. Thanks to everyone involved. ❤️

Off to Livingston to record the first in a series of 4 podcasts to support local suicide prevention work. Nervous, but excited!!

Really insightful & helpful conversation with Lawrence Broadie and several local areas suicide prevention leads about the art of communications. Wish we’d recorded it as would have made a damn fine podcast!! Lots of smart people in the room (and also me!).
