I’m not sure there’s anything more discombobulating for people in Scotland than leaving a building and it being hotter outside than inside.

Cutting PIP means disabled people in work lose their jobs. It is completely counterproductive to a goal of supporting sick/ disabled people into work. And if they then restrict Access to Work too, that's cost for employers. Makes it harder to employ disabled people. Ridiculous.

Meanwhile, in the real world, disabled people who need wheelchair accessible vehicles have to spend £000s (we're spending £10k for standard medium WAV) in non-refundable deposits + benefit payments *on Motability scheme*(while Motability foundation sits on £4bn of reserves).
