CONGRATULATIONS to B.S. Aakash for successfully defending his Ph.D. thesis "Multimodel Bayesian estimation of total uncertainty and its application to modeling the yield strength of structural aluminum."!!!! Outstanding work, Aakash.

Proofs in for our new paper in Journal of Computational Science. What a disaster! Equations changed....Text running off the margins....I hate this stage of the process.

Good luck to UIUC. Seems they are taking the right approach to this. Let’s hope it can serve as a model for the rest of us and for our country.

To my knowledge, this is the first time active machine learning has been used to control large-scale boundary layer wind tunnel (BLWT) experiments. Super exciting! Great collaboration with Kurt Gurley and the team from the University of Florida BLWT funded by U.S. National Science Foundation. JHU Civil and Systems Engineering

I've been waiting to announce this because the originally published version was an unreadable mess, but after several iterations with the publisher, our new paper on our #UQpy software is now available in the Journal of Computational Science. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Performing subset simulations on problems with non-Gaussian uncertainties can be difficult. We just made it a little easier :-) sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
