Arkansas is one of ONLY 16 U.S. states that have a constitutionally enshrined right for citizens to self-legislate independent of the legislature: DIRECT DEMOCRACY!!! Signing these ballots is a literal vote to maintain direct democracy which our legislature continues to attack.

Since it is illegal for non-citizens to vote, folks need to see this for what it is: An effort to make it more difficult for citizens to vote. There are plenty of Americans who do not have proof of citizenship and who will be deterred from voting by such legislation.
