Context please! It’s great that Arkansas now has the highest starting salary for 1st year teachers, but the inconvenient fact is that we are near bottom (47th) in average teacher pay and millions of dollars are being diverted from public education to fund private vouchers.

Arkansas has a zero week ban, even for victims of violent crimes, cancer patients and pregnancies with fatal fetal anomalies.

The Arkansas legislature and Governor have robbed victims of violent crime the freedom to make their own reproductive healthcare decisions. This is not limited government. It’s sick, extreme and cruel. My opponent Keith Brooks is soft on crime and tone deaf for crime victims.

Greg Henderson Matt Campbell I got the $2k raise since I was right at $50k already. The teacher next door got a $13k raise. I have 2 Masters & 17 years. She has a Bachelor’s and 5 years. With 24 pay periods/year, she makes $103 less per paycheck than I do. Our district salary schedule no longer has steps.

One of the kindest souls to ever hold high office in Arkansas has died.Someone once said that David Pryor could tell you to go to hell and you’d look forward to the trip. He was decent, intelligent, resilient, and honorable. I was blessed to know and admire him for > 44 years.

Stripping women of their reproductive healthcare freedom is not “protecting” anything. Forcing young victims of violent crime without choices is not freedom. Forcing expectant mothers undergojng cancer treatment to deliver a stillborn is not freedom. These are extreme and cruel.

In Pulaski County, we need to elect Andrew Cade Eberly for Arkansas House, Alex Holladay for Arkansas Cassandra Green for Arkansas House James Henry Bartolomei & reelect Rep. Ashley Hudson.

So #LEARNS vouchers exist to “rescue kids from failing schools”. We spent $32 million to “rescue” 55 kids from failing schools.

Oh, and we gave about 3,800 kids money to keep going to the private school they were already going to -even if they could afford it on their own.
