sara h 🇪🇺 This is an interesting post. I've seen it a lot on here in the last few days & as a recently retired teacher with 44 yrs experience, it's a bit perplexing. Is it driven by social media? Is it just younger teachers? My pupils always received a warm welcome, but no goody bags.

A Stockport girl with minimal educational achievements. Still talks in a working class accent. Worked as a minimum wage carer. Managed to make it to deputy PM on her own merits. That’s why they seek to rubbish her. She doesn’t fulfil their warped standards. I support her 100%.

Developmentally we are now shoving small humans into a space called education where they must learn robotically to conform..toilet when told...wash hands when told etc. Soon there will be no beings that can diagnose illness...draw...play music...etc etc....

She would be an IDEAL voice for SEND Improvememts following this terrible treatment due to the complications which are being held over her as a cloud!!! Birth trauma is a really difficult thing to recover from due to the ongoing complexities caused..as is clearly shown here!

Truly! The problem is...true labour supporters do not want a party who does not want to uphold the original ideal ..that people matter...not just the few...Blair's New Labour brought in a way of inclusiveness so that all were treated as worthy!

Of course it's normal...you are building a job AND an environment. Listen to your staff and involve them in building a school to be proud of. Some of the history needs to be part of the future! X
