Neo D. Noir, or Neo. A fun character concept I made where he is a silent film type dude. When he speaks the text overtakes your screen like an actual silent film and he is devoid of color entirely.

Working on a fangame concept for a school project. (This sprite is mostly edited do not assume I made this fully, only minor tweaks) I will make original sprites though. Of course it is deltarune related, will post about it soon!

This looks like a found footage video now that I watch it. A small test, I am not the best coder (Novice at best) if it were not for the lag it'd look much smoother but there's still jank on my side that I need to iron out. (I am also not good with OBS)

Decided to take a bit of a break after making the project for school and to relax for Christmas and such but I've gotten to work on the art designs of certain characters. Papyrus, light world and dark world.
