1. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my friend's situation by IndiGo at @CCU airport. She was left stranded due to significant miscommunication from your staff—her boarding pass indicated one gate, but the final departure gate was different.

2. Additionally, there was no clear announcement or guidance provided. To make matters worse, she is now being offered only a basic ticket for the next morning, with no provision for her overnight stay in an unfamiliar city.

3. This is unacceptable, especially for a young woman traveling alone. I urge IndiGo to take immediate responsibility for improving communication and support for passengers in such situations.
