went back to low res restriction yesterday and i’ve already lost 1.2kg 🥳🥳

i’m back at school again so i can start omad + 10k steps

my parents are now suspicious of my ed again and they asking if i’ve eaten meals 🙁

i had the worst day today :( during my last period i felt so sick like i was going to faint and now my parents are lecturing me about not eating enough

i’m scared that if i stop restricting for the rest of the day i’ll gain weight but if i don’t stop restricting then i might feel sick again tomorrow

bought some flowers :)

i feel embarrassed coming on here again but ever since i’ve tried to recover i haven’t felt happy in my body

i’m going to start low/mid res + pilates on monday

i got a distinction in my spoken language unit which is the highest grade i’m so happy!!

i’ve got my braces tightened and it hurts so bad i can’t eat anything without being in pain

deleting all social media until my gcses are over so i won’t be active

i’ve finally finished my gcses i can go back to starving and low res 😮‍💨

i’m going to start going on long walks again once my foot starts to feel better because i really hurt it and can’t walk properly on it
