I got a sneak peek of the upcoming group exhibition “Boundless/Binding,” opening this Saturday at my gallery Subliminal Projects.

The show is curated in collaboration with Emergeast, an online gallery championing artists shaping a new narrative in the Middle East and North Africa, founded by Dima Abdul Kader and Nikki Meftah.

The artists in Boundless/Binding exemplify in their work what I consider art’s most profound potential: its ability to captivate visually with beauty and power while also sharing a unique social and cultural point of view.
