Had a wonderful meeting on RSD2024 RSD 2K24; Department of Chemistry; IIT Kharagpur !!! This platform gives a fresh air to all our research community. Also we enjoyed a fascinating talk from Rahul Banerjee as our chief guest. I will miss this event after leaving IIT Kharagpur.

Glad to present my research work on 'Organic Photochromism and Photomagnetism' at my own Institute IIT Kharagpur🇮🇳. Thanks to the organising team of AFS-2024 and KBiradha@SCL for giving this opportunity. Also, I received 'Flash presentation award' from Royal Society of Chemistry.

Happy to share that I got 100 citations in Google Scholar. The next target is 1000. Hopefully one day I can achieve that. All credit goes to my Ph.D. supervisor Kumar Biradha and my co-authors from KBiradha@SCL and collaborators.

After six and a half years at IIT Kharagpur🇮🇳 as both a research scholar and temporary research associate, my time here is coming to a close. I am extremely grateful for the support and motivation from my labmates KBiradha@SCL and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
