The local school division has really decided that, if you can’t promise quality communication, you can at least deliver quantity. Personally, I’d settle for no communication and they simply focus on administering education well but that may be too much for them to handle.

Frankly, this seems like the school division abandoning their responsibilities. Instead of doing the work to find and retain teachers, the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources have decided our kids can be centrally homeschooled.
