Always an amazing experience having an evening around Bass Rock with Scottish Seabird Centre & supporters to celebrate and thank the 1300 #volunteers who have helped us save #puffins monitor gannets, & clear invasive species to protect seabirds. A great way to start our 25 yr celebrations

The Great Hall of Oakham Castle-dating from 1180-90. A magnificent building staffed by some very welcoming volunteers. Full of visitors and pleasing to see The National Lottery Heritage Fund funded the restoration of this lovely place.
Always a pleasure to see the Barnacle geese at #RSPB Mersehead. RSPB Scotland With some belted galloways helping produce ideal habitat for them!
