Ukrainian fiber optic FPVs are steadily ramping up in numbers, and are wreaking havoc on Russian vehicles. The Russians try to hide them in buildings, but the fiber drones exploit their freedom from radio line-of-sight constraints to go inside and find them.

Great examples of how to adapt available range space to meet urban lethality requirements. Think differently and encourage the innovative use of existing facilities!!

3D printed models used to educate troops on the quantity and type of enemy ‘heavy metal’ heading towards their urban defensive positions. One MR Bn of four in the Regt, four of which sit within the enemy’s Division. Close combat anti armour capability CRITICAL to success.

The 🇬🇧 urban facility at Copehill Down was built as a German Village to practise Combat Teams with MILAN executing a Pinball/Goodwood (hold & engage bypassing AFV) defence against Soviet armour. Since I last visited 30+ years ago, it morphed to GWOT but is now headed back to P2P.

Others including John Spencer & Stuart Lyle 🇬🇧 have praised the 🇬🇧 use of rubble, but today I saw an innovative product: rubber 'Lego bricks' that are used to assemble very durable furniture to provide realistic interiors. The best bit? The blocks can be piled as 'low hazard' rubble.
