Pleased to say that this week we have published a paper bringing together the work of 2 of my PhD students! mdpi.com/2311-5637/7/1/… but now Struan Reid is going to have to start working on his next paper! The disadvantage of a great 3.5 years of research!

Our new paper is on modelling fermentation rates for ale, lager and whisky! And importantly is open access! An excellent start to 2021 (we will ignore what my research outputs will be like in about 12 months time) mdpi.com/2311-5637/7/1/…
